No-Cook Summer Dinner

Here’s a little dinner idea for those nights it’s just way too hot to turn the oven on! Love the easy clean up on this one too, just chop up a bunch of goodies and serve on an easy grab platter! Great for all ages too! Kids always seem to gobble these simple dinners up!

Ingredients
  1. 6 hard boiled eggs
  2. 10-14 nitrate-free organics turkey meat rolls
  3. 8-10 oz. fresh hummus
  4. 2-3 diced avocados
  5. 2-3 diced tomatoes
  6. 5-10 peeled and sliced carrots
  7. TJ's raw milk cheddar cheese cubed or sliced
  8. fresh fruit (I used apples and mandarine oranges)
Instructions
  1. Place everything on a large platter or cutting board and dig in!
Notes
  1. This is also an easy picnic dinner too, that doesn't require plates or utensils!
