This is the easiest side dish in town, and quite possibly one of the tastiest! Use whatever you’ve got!
Seasonal Roasted Veggie Goodness

Ingredients
- 1lb. trimmed asparagus
- 1 cauliflower head
- evoo
- 1/2 tbl. fresh oregano
- 1/2 tbl. fresh thyme
- 1/2 tbl. dried garlic
- sea salt
- fresh black pepper
Instructions
- On a baking sheet toss 1lb. trimmed asparagus & 1 cauliflower head (pulled apart).
- Drizzle w/ olive oil, 1/2 tbl. fresh oregano & 1/2 tbl.. fresh thyme, sea salt, pepper and 1/2 tbl. dried garlic.
- Bake at 400°F until soft and edges get golden (15min) easy, fast, and super tasty.
Notes
- Awesome as a side! Also yum, added to a salad or a sauce too 🙂
