This is the easiest side dish in town, and quite possibly one of the tastiest! Use whatever you’ve got!

Ingredients
  1. 1lb. trimmed asparagus
  2. 1 cauliflower head
  3. evoo
  4. 1/2 tbl. fresh oregano
  5. 1/2 tbl. fresh thyme
  6. 1/2 tbl. dried garlic
  7. sea salt
  8. fresh black pepper
Instructions
  1. On a baking sheet toss 1lb. trimmed asparagus & 1 cauliflower head (pulled apart).
  2. Drizzle w/ olive oil, 1/2 tbl. fresh oregano & 1/2 tbl.. fresh thyme, sea salt, pepper and 1/2 tbl. dried garlic.
  3. Bake at 400°F until soft and edges get golden (15min) easy, fast, and super tasty.
Notes
  1. Awesome as a side! Also yum, added to a salad or a sauce too 🙂
