Balsamic-Honey Brussel Sprouts

These brussel sprouts are so yummy and are a fun unique side dish for anything! I often just pan cook a few chicken breasts with a little olive oil, sea salt and pepper  along with fresh garlic for a few minutes, or until cooked through. I serve it with a quick batch of basmati or brown rice, and a summer salad with whatever fun toppings are in my fridge! Even my little ones loved these!

Balsamic-Honey Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
  1. 2-3 cups of Brussels sprouts
  2. 1 TBL. extra virgin olive oil
  3. balsamic vinegar
  4. honey
Instructions
  1. Heat 1 TBL. of evoo, on medium heat, in a sauté pan.
  2. Sauté 2-3 cups of Brussels sprouts cut in half.
  3. Add drizzle of balsamic vinegar and few drizzles of honey.
  4. Sauté til soft and slightly browned.
  5. Remove from heat, serve, and enjoy.
