Chocolate Doughnut Holes

All “no-bake” recipes are a treat in my house. The more I can involve my little helpers in the kitchen (away from hot tools), the better—and these no-bake Chocolate Doughnut Holes are simply the best! Beyond easy to make, bite-sized, super nutritious and of course delish! A truly guilt-free treat for the family, that the little ones love!

  4. 1/4 tsp. pink salt
  5. 1 tsp. good vanilla extract blend

Instructions
  1. Combine 1.5 cups of raw almonds, 1 cup org. pitted dates, 5 TBL. raw cacao powder, 1/4 tsp. pink salt, and 1 tsp. good vanilla extract.
  2. Blend in food processor until batter forms, may need to add a TBL spoon of water.
  3. You can leave these plain, but I like to roll them in coconut shreds. Either way, form into balls and refrigerate until you are ready to eat!
