10-Minute Meal

Seriously so fast! And this is the least “fishy” fish dish! The lemon and EVOO is a nice strong flavor, that comes through and makes this a delish dish! This is a staple in my kitchen, kids and both Chad and I LOVE it!

Ingredients
  1. 1-2 lbs white fish (I used sol)
  2. evoo
  3. juice of half a lemon,
  4. pink salt
  5. fresh pepper
  6. 2-3 cups of Brussels sprouts
  7. balsamic vinegar
  8. honey
  9. handful of baby greens
Instructions
  1. Pre heat oven to 425°F, on a baking sheet drizzle evoo, juice of half a lemon, over any white fish (I used sol) and season with pink salt and some fresh pepper, pop in the oven and cook for 6-9 minutes or until flakey.
  2. While the fish is in the oven, sauté 2-3 cups of Brussels sprouts cut in half, with a drizzle of evoo, balsamic vinegar, and few drizzles of honey.
  3. Sauté until soft and slightly browned.
  4. Next toss a couple handfuls of baby greens with a simple homemade dressing.
